Traits:
Rogan was an always happy, always outgoing FCR – a true "Peter Pan". One of the moments I remember best was an agility run in a horse barn. Rogan sailed over the side barrier to get a drink of water out of a dog bowl on the sidelines. He did not miss a beat after taking two laps of water to get back into the ring and continue his qualifying run.

Attitude & Trainability:
Rogan was a very easy dog to train in obedience with very natural attention and “heads up” heeling. It was unfortunate that he died so young as he was ready to start showing in utility.

Field:
Rogan was not the best marking dog but he had lots of go. Quiet and well mannered at the line with good bird handling.

Agility:
Rogan was a fun loving dog that sometimes had more fun doing agility on his own than with me. He was always a clown.

Conformation:
Rogan finished his CH very quickly. He was an extremely pretty dog with very good flat-coat type. His major fault was that he was cow-hocked in the rear but he had beautiful side movement and an excellent front assembly. Head was nice with pretty expression - a bit broad in the backskull. Eyes abit round. Nice flat-lying coat.

Health:
Rogan died at 8 of autoimmune hemolytic anemia. Rogan was also hypothyroid at age 4 and had no live semen. He was neutered shortly after this diagnosis.
